It’s been a fun couple of weeks!
We have another adult in the house now. We had fun celebrating Aaron’s birthday- cake and ice cream, games and friends, fun was had by all.
School is finished for the school year! Woot woot! We have a nice long “summer” ahead of us. Aaron has already jumped into helping with some projects around SITAG.
We got to try to preparing Mangrove Bean! Very tasty! A little hard to scratch, but fun to learn. We enjoyed learning a new recipe. Thankfully we can find mangrove bean already scratched at the market. It is being added to our recipe rotation.
Lots of dusting and sorting this past week, as we began to unpack boxes of books and put them back on the shelves. This half of the ERC is repaired and looks so nice. Next we need to pack up the other books in the other room, so they can repair it as well. The termites are fast little guys, but thankfully not too many of the books were lost.
We are all really excited for the “Summer” (what we are still calling it), we are making plans to make the most of it!
