Sometimes living within walking distance of one of the loudest hotels in town has its benefits! Today we walked to the Pacific Crown Hotel (PCH) for their annual International Food Festival, and tried some fun and interesting foods. Some were hot 🌶️ and some were different 😝 but it was so fun to try new things.

Thailand table had a delicious green papaya salad (spicy for sure!) 🌶️🌡️

Here is a video of the process:

The Japanese table had kimonos, face painting, and paint brush Japanese writing

Unfortunately, I didn’t snag any other pictures. There were eleven tables from different countries, and each person got 3 tickets to try 3 different small dishes. We all decided (Andrew, Anna, Asher, my niece, and I) to make sure we got one of everything between the five of us, and then we could try everything. It was a lot of fun. 🤩

They also had a bouncy house type thingy that Asher had a lot of fun jumping and climbing on. There were some other friends there from church, so it was a fun time. I am so glad I get to do fun things like this!
